Job summary

JLL is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead multiple projects for a progressive Financial Services account across NC, SC and TN. You will manage scope, budget, schedule and quality, coordinating with architects, engineers and vendors to deliver facilities upgrades and workplace projects.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to travel up to 20%. On-site in Charlotte, NC with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience across design, construction, and project delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across locations and phases, including planning, design, permitting, construction, and closeout.
• Oversee tenant improvements, retail banking upgrades, security enhancements, signage, ADA improvements, ATM installations, decommissions, and renovations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, furniture dealers, property managers, brokers, and clients.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting to align with goals.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and maintain project data in PM platforms.
• Develop risk management plans and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Prepare and maintain charters, due diligence reports, schedules, meeting notes, funding requests, and punch lists.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with standards and closeout requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and a collaborative, innovative culture.
