Job summary

You will lead building modifications and laboratory construction for a pharmaceutical client, coordinating landlord, A&E teams, and contractors. The role requires managing design, approvals, and turnover, while ensuring safety and compliance in a shared facility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facility renovations and laboratory construction in regulated environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades within an operating facility.
• Familiarity with GMP, change control, and project turnover expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated project schedule across design, approvals, permitting, and turnover.
• Interface daily with landlord, A&E team, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate design reviews to meet site operational needs before construction begins.
• Track RFIs, submittals, changes, costs, and schedule impacts to drive timely decisions.
• Partner with QA/validation to coordinate change controls and documentation.
