Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3-5 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and FM certification is a plus. Collaborate with Property Managers and vendors to optimize performance across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor training and development.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities and set deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and review quotes for parts and labor.
• Conduct process training on maintenance, repairs, and safety practices.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
