Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager for a large, automated personal care products campus in the Bedford Park area. You will own facility systems, infrastructure, and compliance, shaping reliability and performance across the site.

The role requires manufacturing experience, hands-on leadership, and strong project management to oversee HVAC, boilers, building maintenance, and contractor coordination.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Engineering or Facilities Management, or equivalent with 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing.
• 7+ years of plant/facilities management experience in manufacturing.
• Must come from manufacturing.
• Hands-on with HVAC, boilers, electrical distribution.
• Strong project management: budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Stationary Engineer license preferred.
• Strong communicator across departments and with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all facility functions including HVAC, boilers, stationary engineering, building maintenance, and related systems.
• Manage on-site contractors across multiple trades, ensuring standards, timelines, and safety.
• Manage on-site wastewater treatment systems and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and oversee capital project budgets, scopes, and schedules for infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to codes, OSHA requirements, and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Identify facility improvement opportunities and lead implementation from concept through completion.
