Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support operation, inspection and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in assigned facilities. You will perform inspections and repairs to interior and exterior areas, walls, floors, fixtures, roofing, lighting and more.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to read SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training desirable.
• 3+ years of building repair and maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, understand and follow SOPs.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude; familiarity with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, restore and replace building components.
• Repair and maintain doors, locks, and access controls.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance and minor carpentry tasks.
• Inspect plumbing components and address routine issues.
• Support safety documentation and hazard assessments.
• Operate CMMS for work orders and inventory management.
