Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain the safety, appearance, functionality, and operation of corporate office and warehouse facilities. The role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and coordinating with contractors on-site.

You will report to the Asset Supervisor and work on-site, contributing to safety programs and emergency preparedness activities while supporting warehouse operations and office moves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2+ years related experience.
• Two or more years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and performing general building repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and rounds.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems (lighting, plumbing, electrical, doors, ceilings, drywall, flooring, furniture).
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors performing on-site work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office, warehouse, and exterior areas.
• Respond to facility service requests promptly.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment safely.
• Support office moves, warehouse organization, and safety initiatives.
