Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain the safety, appearance, functionality, and overall operation of the corporate office and warehouse facilities.

You will work on-site, report to the Asset Supervisor, perform preventative maintenance, building repairs, inspections, and support warehouse operations while contributing to safety projects and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two+ years of commercial building or facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and performing general building repairs.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, lighting, drywall, painting, and preventive maintenance.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and rounds.
• Repair and maintain building systems and assets (lighting, plumbing, doors, drywall, flooring).
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on-site.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
• Contribute to safety committee activities and emergency preparedness.
