Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain the safety, appearance, and operation of corporate offices and warehouse facilities.

The role involves preventative maintenance, building repairs, and coordination with vendors on-site, with reporting to the Asset Supervisor. Responsibilities include inspections, equipment upkeep, and supporting warehouse organization, safety programs, and office moves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2+ years of related experience.
• 2+ years in commercial building or facilities maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and performing general building repairs.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, drywall, painting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds and operate tools safely.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and assets.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for on-site work.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and warehouse areas.
• Support safety initiatives and participate in the Safety Committee.
• Assist with office moves and warehouse reorganization.
