Htprof is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Site Superintendent in Farmington, CT for a direct hire role. The position focuses on maintenance, installation, and consulting for building infrastructure and systems updates, modernization, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include daily project oversight, budgeting input, scheduling adherence, and on-call maintenance to minimize downtime. Strong leadership, safety knowledge, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects in active production environments.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Daily check-in on construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide input on budgets, cost estimates, and project financials.
• Maintain project schedules with facility requirements in mind.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with employees, management, contractors, and facility representatives to minimize disruption to operations.
• Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates.
• Support project teams and promote collaboration and accountability.
• Maintain daily maintenance tasks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational continuity.
