Black Cultural Zone CDC is seeking a part-time Coordinator, Facilities Maintenance to lead on-site readiness across BCZ hubs in Oakland. You will manage opening/closing, safety checks, and daily operations to ensure spaces are clean, accessible, and event-ready.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities coordination, building operations, or site support.
• Experience with vendor management, work-orders, and safety practices.
• Ability to write and maintain procedures, checklists, and logs.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day facility readiness and on-site coverage for BCZ hubs and sites.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, access, alarms, lighting, room readiness, and safety checks.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance, supply coordination, and vendor follow-up; escalate issues.
