Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of applicable working experience in building repair and maintenance.
• Possess valid state driver's license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and use ladders up to 30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot facility equipment.
• Direct and oversee vendor performance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems.
