Job summary

JLL in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a facilities professional to perform preventive maintenance and repair on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related building systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of technical experience in building engineering, maintenance, or facilities operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to work on-call / overtime as required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders safely.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on facility, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain and repair building interiors/exteriors, grounds, gates, fire life safety systems, generators, and related equipment.
• Complete facility inspections and report deficiencies or operational concerns.
• Respond to service requests, emergencies, after-hours calls, and storm-related support as needed.
• Utilize CMMS/work order systems to manage tasks and document completed work.
• Conduct routine building rounds and maintain safe, clean, and compliant work areas.
• Support operational projects and additional facility-related tasks.
