Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Operating Engineer to support mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems on a 1M sq ft Class A office campus in Indianapolis. The role is on-site, full-time, with a standard schedule and rotating on-call.

You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to tenant service requests and maintain critical building systems. The successful candidate will have 3+ years in repair/maintenance, OSHA-10, and EPA universal certification or plans to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• OSHA-10 certification required within the first 90 days.
• EPA Universal CFC certification or plan to obtain within the first year.
• Experience using CMMS/maintenance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks including painting, pressure washing and general maintenance.
• Maintain lighting systems, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment and locksmith work.
• Troubleshoot building systems including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls.
• Support on-call or emergency response and participate in safety trainings.
