Job summary

Crafty, LLC in New York, NY is hiring Food & Beverage Associates to support our in-office Concierge pantry program at a major client site. You will lead client-site execution, merchandising, inventory management, and equipment upkeep.

The role is full-time, hourly, Monday through Friday, 7am–4pm. We value client focus, clear communication, reliability, and teamwork; you must be able to use the Crafty app on your mobile device. Compensation is $24 per hour with benefits as listed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client offices and pantries, run expiration checks.
• Customer Service: engage onsite with clients and Crafty team.
• Maintenance + Inventory: machine upkeep, quality checks, inventory tasks.
• Communication: report location needs and safety concerns; complete paperwork
