Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience, or six years of equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with secure communications equipment and mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to executive-level clientele at customer location.
• Develop strategies to streamline executive support processes and deliver technical instructions.
• Record technical information and diagrams and create digital representations of deployable systems.
