Sigma Defense Systems LLC is seeking a Network Engineer III to join our on-site team at Fort Irwin, California. The role emphasizes leading technicians on EW programs, troubleshooting, and supporting complex system tests in a demanding real-time environment.

The position requires a strong background in EW hardware, radar, and RF operations, with travel across CONUS/OCONUS. A U.S. citizenship and a engineering/ STEM degree are essential for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in engineering, analysis, or related STEM field.
• Experience with EW systems hardware and radar knowledge.
• Ability to interpret drawings and work packages.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians on EW-related programs as part of an integrated EW engineering team.
• Troubleshoot, repair, or develop complex system designs and architectures.
• Support field testing and training using DoW-accredited EW systems.
• Provide spectrum management in EW field operations and assist with test plans.
