Job summary

Sigma Defense is seeking a Network Engineer III to join our team on-site at Fort Irwin, California. You will lead a technical EW-focused program, troubleshoot complex systems, and support field testing with DoW-accredited EW equipment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related STEM field, and possesses, or can obtain, an active Secret clearance. Prior experience with EW, radar, and antenna technologies is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering/related STEM field.
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain; sponsorship possible.
Experience with EW, DoD systems, or related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians on EW-related programs as part of an EW engineering team.
Troubleshoot, repair, or develop complex EW system designs and architectures.
Support field testing and training using EW systems.
Spectrum management in support of EW field operations.
Develop test plans and accreditation procedures for EW systems.
Analyze and develop Electronic Attack and Sensing techniques.
Provide SME in installation, maintenance, calibration, and operation of diverse equipment.
Review change proposals for equipment impacts and provide technical data.
