Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems seeks a Network Engineer III to join our on-site team at Fort Irwin, California. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians on EW-related programs and solve complex, real-time EW challenges within a large system environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience), U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain an active Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians on EW-related programs.
• Troubleshoot and design complex EW systems and architectures.
• Support field testing and training for EW systems.
• Spectrum management in support of EW field operations.
• Develop test plans and procedures for accreditation and testing.
