Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems seeks an Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer to lead end-to-end engineering, integration, and testing of advanced EW capabilities for DoD customers. You will work on RF systems, systems engineering, signal processing, hardware integration, and system verification for fielded environments.

Responsibilities include developing requirements, ICDs, VER plans, coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams, and performing RF performance analyses. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Systems Engineering or related field.
• 4-6 years of RF or EW design/integration experience.
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.
• Strong systems engineering skills and ability to develop technical docs.
• Experience integrating complex hardware and software systems.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the systems engineering lifecycle from concept to fielding.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, ICDs, and verification plans.
• Perform decomposition, allocation, and traceability of requirements.
• Design and integrate RF, EA/ES/EP, and EW systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers.
• Support environmental, EMI/EMC, thermal, and RF testing.
