Job summary

On-site work, frequent travel between SF and Oakland, and hands-on training are provided for an organized, dependable candidate. The position emphasizes relationship-building, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Interest in venue management, logistics, hospitality, or client service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports on-site event operations, coordinating logistics with clients, vendors, and staff.
• Develops and distributes event documentation including security maps and staffing schedules.
• Maintains Metro Events calendar and coordinates vendor scheduling.
