AXS is seeking a Financial Settlement Specialist to manage the financial operations, ensuring accurate settlement of events via the AXS platform. You will reconcile data, run weekly revenue reports, and support both clients and venue partners.

The role requires a 2+ year background in Accounting/Finance or live events, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. On-site work in Los Angeles with comprehensive benefits and a formal interview process.

Formación

• AA/AS Degree (2-year) in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field of study (BA/BS preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance OR Live Event/Ticketing.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and macros.

Responsabilidades

• Run weekly reports from the AXS ticketing system to track revenues and liabilities.
• Assist with reconciliation and financial analysis projects.
• Collaborate with clients' finance teams to ensure timely, accurate settlement of events using the AXS platform.
• Calculate settlement amounts and fees for events to support client payments.
• Provide reporting to clients to support settlement payments and invoices.
• Assist venue partners with reporting and financial issues related to AXS ticketing.
• Respond to client inquiries about settlement and finance issues promptly and clearly.
• Audit fee structures based on client contracts.
• Work with accounting to produce journal entries for GL support.
