Job summary

Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA is seeking an Event Coordinator to join our Program Operations Team. You will coordinate classroom and program needs and provide on-site support for events, liaising with guest presenters and Kripalu departments to ensure smooth execution.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works as a team player, and helps deliver high-quality experiences for presenters and guests.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a relevant area, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience with Event or Program planning.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and plan effectively with presenters and Kripalu departments to ensure the successful delivery of assigned Programs, Groups and Events.
• Coordinate pre-production details such as program schedule, book signings, supplies, audio visual, room setup, assistants, housing and transportation.
• Host presenters, group leaders, musicians, or other designated personnel on the day of arrival and ensure successful execution.
