Qualifications

• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in live events, production, or warehouse operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in event setup and breakdown using hand and power tools
• Support on-site production and logistics as directed by lead
• Load/unload trucks and coordinate warehouse activities
• Maintain safe, clean worksites and report equipment issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members
