Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfortable interacting professionally with clients, vendors, and event staff.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic understanding of building operations and facility care is preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and venue technology for access control and event information.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare assigned venue(s) prior to events.
• Unlock buildings and ensure lighting, climate controls, and systems are operational.
• Inspect venues for cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Assist with provisioning guest spaces and signage; coordinate with catering and vendors.
• Welcome planners, vendors, and clients on arrival; serve as on-site resource.
• Monitor venues during events; restock supplies and adjust ambiance as needed.
• Conduct final walkthroughs and secure buildings after events.
• Prepare guest welcome items and event materials for upcoming events.
