Job summary

General Healthcare Resources, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Float Pool Emergency Department Registered Nurse for the Flemington, NJ area. This on-site assignment offers flexibility in a fast-paced acute care setting, with a 52-week duration and weekly pay of $660–$690.

Requirements include at least 2 years in emergency care, active NJ RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications. Work onsite with a 2-shifts-per-month minimum commitment and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency department or acute care setting.
• Active New Jersey RN license in hand at time of application.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIHSS certifications requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond rapidly to urgent and emergent patient care needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support timely treatment.
• Float as needed within the designated emergency care environment.
• Maintain compliance with department protocols and safety standards.
