General Healthcare Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Emergency Room RN for a 13-week local contract in Harrison Township, NJ. The role requires triage and acute care skills in a fast-paced emergency department, with on-site work and a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Start date is 8/31/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $2300 to $2400, with active NJ RN license or compact eligibility. Strong teamwork and communication are essential in delivering high-quality patient care throughout the contract.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably ER/acute care.
• Active New Jersey RN license or compact state eligibility.
• Strong clinical assessment, triage and critical thinking.
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced ED.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork.
• Current certifications as required by the facility and unit standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent conditions.
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and support timely treatment.
• Monitor patient status, document findings, and communicate changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards and regulations.
