Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned On-site Equipment Rental Program lead to implement and manage First Equipment Company (FEC) on-site programs across Indy projects. You will train, onboard, and oversee daily operations, coordinating with project teams and vendors for efficient equipment use and maintenance.

You will visit sites, ensure accurate invoicing, and support systems adoption while building strong vendor relationships and ensuring service excellence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited program.
• Experience in construction rentals, logistics, equipment, or warehouse management.
• Familiar with equipment rental software and P2P systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for project teams and on-site vendors.
• Visit project sites to manage equipment requirements and transitions.
• Provide timely communication with stakeholders and vendors.
• Support system troubleshooting for rental software and inventory systems.
• Monitor equipment utilization and vendor billing accuracy.
• Prepare equipment lists for bidding and preconstruction information.
• Develop vendor relationships to ensure reliability and high service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
