Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial principles and budget forecasting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with equipment rental software and P2P systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for project teams and on-site rental vendors.
• Visit project sites to manage on-site equipment requirements and transitions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Support end-user system troubleshooting related to rental software and contracts.
• Monitor equipment utilization and vendor billing; verify invoices.
• Generate equipment lists for bidding and maintain vendor relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
