Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced professional to manage on-site equipment rental programs for First Equipment Company across Columbus project sites. You will coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure equipment availability, maintenance, and efficient use.

The role requires 2+ years in construction rentals or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to travel to project sites. Proficiency with rental software and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• 2+ years of experience in construction rentals, logistics, equipment, or warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for project teams and on-site rental vendors to understand, confirm, and implement equipment needs.
• Visit project sites to manage on-site equipment requirements, maintenance, and transition of equipment to/from yard.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication with project team stakeholders and vendors for relationship development.
• Support end-user system troubleshooting for rental software and inventory/contract management systems.
• Monitor equipment utilization, track vendor billing, and invoice accuracy for on-site programs.
• Prepare preconstruction information and equipment lists for bidding considerations.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure high service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
