Job summary

FirstLine Road Solutions is seeking an Environmental Field Supervisor to lead on-site environmental projects, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient project execution. You will supervise field teams, coordinate with clients and agencies, and promote environmental responsibility and professional growth.

You will plan and oversee on-site activities, verify PPE and safety documentation, and address unsafe conditions promptly.

Qualifications

Experience in environmental field supervision or related role.
Strong knowledge of hazardous material handling and spill response.
Familiarity with site safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather and lift moderate to heavy loads.

Responsibilities

Plan, oversee, and coordinate on-site work per policies and regulations.
Verify training, PPE, safety documents, and site controls before work.
Conduct or assign safety briefings to explain hazards and procedures.
Monitor site conditions and stop unsafe activities.
Address unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents promptly.
Maintain knowledge of spill response, decontamination, waste handling, and emergency procedures.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, transporters, disposal facilities, and agencies.
