Job summary

FirstLine Road Solutions is seeking an Environmental Field Supervisor to lead on-site environmental projects in Georgetown, TX. You will coordinate field activities, support safe hazardous material handling and spill response, and ensure work complies with policies and regulations.

The role blends field leadership with safety oversight and collaboration with clients, contractors, and agencies to keep projects running efficiently and responsibly.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field supervision or related role.
• Strong knowledge of hazardous material handling and spill response.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and project stakeholders.
• Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and lift moderate to heavy loads.
• Preferred: Valid driver’s license and safety certifications (OSHA/HAZWOPER).

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and coordinate on-site work per policies and regulations.
• Verify training, PPE, safety docs, and site controls before work.
• Conduct or assign job safety briefings for hazards.
• Monitor conditions and stop unsafe activities.
• Address unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents.
• Maintain knowledge of spill response and decontamination procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, transporters, disposal facilities, and agencies.
