FirstLine Road Solutions seeks an Environmental Field Supervisor to lead on-site environmental projects in Texas. You will coordinate field activities, ensure hazardous material handling and spill response meet safety standards, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and agencies.

The role combines field leadership, safety oversight, and regulatory compliance to keep projects running efficiently and responsibly while supporting career growth and a safety-first culture.

Qualificações

• Experience in environmental field supervision or related role.
• Knowledge of hazardous material handling and spill response.
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and coordination with field teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift moderate to heavy loads.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, oversee, and coordinate on-site work per policies and regulations.
• Verify training, PPE, safety documents, and site controls are in place.
• Conduct or assign safety briefings for hazards and procedures.
• Monitor site conditions and stop unsafe activities.
• Address unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of spill response, site control, decontamination, and waste handling.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, transporters, disposal facilities, and agencies.
