Qualifications

• Experience supervising environmental field operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of hazardous material handling and spill response.
• Ability to enforce safety policies and regulations on-site.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors, and agencies.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift loads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and coordinate on-site work per policies and regulations.
• Verify training, PPE, safety documentation, and site controls before work.
• Conduct or assign job safety briefings for team hazards.
• Monitor conditions and stop unsafe practices.
• Address unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of spill response, site control, decontamination, waste handling, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, transporters, disposal facilities, and agencies to support execution.
