Bourn Environmental is seeking a Project Manager for on-site leadership of environmental construction and land management projects in Maryland. You will supervise field operations, coordinate multi-site logistics, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure regulatory and safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring experience in environmental, civil, or construction projects and the ability to read plans and specs, with strong communication and problem-solving skills for cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Experience managing environmental, civil or construction projects.
• Knowledge of stream restoration or stormwater management preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee environmental construction and land management projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and progress reports.
• Ensure milestones meet scope, budget, and regulatory requirements.
• Review plans, permits, and maintain safety and quality standards.
