Job summary

Talent Wave Associates in Baltimore seeks a seasoned environmental project lead to manage site assessment and remediation projects, develop sampling and work plans, and maintain strong client relationships from proposal to closeout.

You will generate cost estimates, coordinate field activities, interpret data, and help ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets. A Bachelor's in environmental field and 5 years of relevant experience, plus HAZWOPER certification, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in environmental investigations and remediation services.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification and subsequent 8-Hour refreshers.

Responsibilities

• Develop sampling and work plans for site assessment and remediation projects.
• Provide cost estimates and proposals to clients.
• Coordinate and schedule field assessments.
• Perform quantification and assessment/sampling.
• Evaluate and interpret sampling data to develop project deliverables.
• Track project deadlines and budgets.
• Assist in invoicing and project closeouts.
• Maintain client relationships and develop new partnerships.
