Job summary

I2X Technologies seeks an Enterprise Voice Engineer II to support a government customer at Scott AFB, IL. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and on-site work; you will manage an advanced IP voice/video network including CUCM, UR, CUBE, and SBC platforms.

Responsibilities include configuring call routing, troubleshooting SIP signaling, and maintaining security across voice services with strong emphasis on fault analysis and documentation.

Qualifications

• DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco, Avaya or Oracle voice platforms including CUCM, Cisco Unity, CUBE, Oracle SBC and Avaya Aura Application Server.
• Expertise in SIP internetworking signaling and call flow.
• Demonstrable fault analysis to isolate and diagnose network problems for routing, switching, security and large scale voice implementations.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tasks to maintain a large, complex and highly resilient IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
• Manage, configure, troubleshoot and assure service for voice, video and data networks; document and diagram network changes.
• Configure and implement calling search spaces, route plans, partitions, and device profiles.
• Configure Cisco or Juniper routing and switching devices.
• Support distributed firewall infrastructure and enterprise IP telephony policy development.
