Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience supervising a group of children in a school or recreational setting.
• 1+ years’ experience supervising or leading a team and/or a group of children in a school or recreational setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff, families, and school partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students are in a safe environment and promote an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead and coach the on-site team to deliver high-quality programs and positive customer service.
• Implement site protocols, safety regulations, and WR procedures; provide training as needed.
• Coordinate with facilities to ensure access to required spaces during program hours.
• Develop and manage activity plans and a spending plan within budget with staff.
• Coordinate end-of-week themes, field trips, and end-of-summer events; join field trips as lead team member.
• Maintain and submit student attendance daily.
• Oversee staff schedules, timesheets, and substitute coverage.
• Participate in staff development trainings and related duties.
