Qualifikationen

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in a classified lab environment.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance.

Aufgaben

• Perform fabrication, assembly, integration, testing, and inspection activities per detailed work instructions and drawings.
• Execute optical fiber splicing/recoating and photonic circuit assembly and inspection.
• Integrate optical/electrical instrumentation using wiring and system diagrams.
• Assist with equipment calibration and routine checks.
• Document work, capture test data, and communicate status to engineering and supervision.
• Maintain high-reliability handling, ESD, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain optical fabrication equipment following training.
• Identify issues and suggest improvements in straightforward situations.
• Interpret and execute procedures with minimal oversight.
