L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Engineering Technician C to support the build, assembly, integration, and test of photonic and electro-optic hardware for national security programs. This is an on-site role in Palm Bay, FL requiring hands-on work and strict adherence to detailed instructions.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent with related experience, and an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

Competenze

On-site work in a classified lab environment.
Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with 2 years related experience.

Mansioni

Perform fabrication, assembly, integration, testing, and inspection per work instructions.
Execute optical fiber splicing and photonic circuit assembly.
Integrate COTS optical and electrical instrumentation using wiring diagrams.
Assist with equipment calibration and routine checks.
Document work, capture test data, and communicate status to engineering.
Maintain high-reliability handling, ESD, cleanliness, and safety.
Operate optical device fabrication equipment following training.
Interpret and execute procedures with minimal oversight.
