Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a related STEM field, or 6+ years of related technical experience.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in a classified lab environment.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of photonic and EO subassemblies.
• Interpret and apply engineering processes and procedures.
• Support optical, electrical, and mechanical test activities with lab instrumentation.
• Execute fiber-optic handling, optical alignment, bonding, soldering.
• Identify issues and participate in root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with project objectives.
• Develop or refine work instructions and test procedures.
• Support builds, test execution, troubleshooting, and verification milestones.
• Maintain a clean, organized high-reliability lab workspace.
