Job summary

Coreslab Structures (ARIZ) Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering and drafting for precast concrete projects, reporting to the General Manager/VP.

You will mentor engineers, manage workloads, and ensure design deliverables meet safety, quality, and code requirements. You will coordinate with project managers, production and erection teams, clarifying technical requirements, resolving issues, and supporting cost‑effective structural solutions while driving

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Eight years of precast prestressed concrete design experience.
• Five years of related management experience in the precast industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with IBC and standards such as ACI, ASCE and PCI.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit preferred; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and drafting teams on precast concrete building projects.
• Review drawings and calculations for safety, quality and code compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, production, and erection teams.
• Drive process improvements and tool integration with senior leadership.
