Coloscapes Concrete, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial concrete initiatives in Phoenix from preconstruction through closeout. The role offers autonomy to manage budgets, drive field operations, and deliver high-quality outcomes with a team-first culture.

You will coordinate with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors, read and interpret plans and specs, and ensure safety, schedule, and compliance while advancing your construction career.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to read, interpret, and manage project plans, specs, and schedules.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, costs, and change orders.
• Strong collaboration with field superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial concrete projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Control budgets, track costs, and handle change orders to achieve financial targets.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure safety, schedule, and quality compliance.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and contract documentation with attention to detail.
• Communicate proactively with clients, general contractors, and partners.
