CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Technician to install energy efficiency equipment and perform verifications for residential customers. The role requires traveling within Wisconsin and serving multiple homes each day.

You will act as the local on-site program representative, providing technical guidance, collecting data, and supporting customers and contractors to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years experience in a relative industry.
• High school or Associates Degree.

Responsibilities

• Install energy efficient equipment and perform pre- and post-install verifications.
• Provide technical guidance and training on installation per client specs.
• Provide updates to program staff on scope, planning and effectiveness of products.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and act as on-site company representative.
