Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight of a full-time project at our Farmington, NM site.

The role requires collaboration across engineering, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout documentation, with significant travel as needed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in utility-scale electrical infrastructure, strong leadership for remote teams, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in design/construction of utility-scale electrical infrastructure.
• Industry experience in electrical equipment installation and operation preferred.
• Leadership ability to lead a remote, diverse project team.
• Willingness to travel extensively (over 50%).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with office practices and equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution with scheduling, cost control, procurement, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain timely reporting on cost forecasting and EAC.
• Oversee project billings and push for cash flow and timely pay cycles.
• Coordinate meetings with client and internal stakeholders; document progress.
• Identify needs, define scopes, and manage subcontractors/third parties.
• Coordinate material deliveries and address supply-chain challenges.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Promote safety culture and SOLV policies on site.
