Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics to provide on-site medical care and support at client sites. This PRN role blends clinical duties with field work, requiring strong multitasking and quick decision-making.

Candidates must hold an active EMT or Paramedic license, current BLS certification, and have at least 2 years of emergency experience, including 911 exposure.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of emergency setting experience (e.g., ER or 911 ambulance).
• 911 experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in line with laws and company policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the course of action.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of changing worksite environment to identify risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
