Job summary

Amphibious Medics is seeking an On-Site EMT/Paramedic to serve as the construction site medical representative. You will work with Health and Safety teams to provide a safe workspace, deliver first aid, CPR, and emergency care within scope, and coordinate with workers’ compensation processes.

Responsibilities include triage, record-keeping, equipment maintenance, communications with external medical providers, and participating in site health fairs and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience in 911 emergency medical response.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Physically capable of walking/standing for extended periods and moving equipment up to 35 lbs.
• CPR and first aid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, first aid, and referrals as needed.
• Remain calm in emergencies; assess and respond quickly.
• Maintain site medical records and databases.
• Manage on-site medical supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with outside providers on injuries and follow-up care.
• Provide daily activity logs to safety/management teams.
• Conduct site walks and health/safety meetings.
• Support on-site health fairs and employee wellness programs.
