Job summary

Amphibious Medics is seeking an On-Site EMT/Paramedic to serve as a medical representative on construction sites. You will provide triage, first aid, CPR, and referrals while supporting safety management teams and maintaining medical records.

The role requires EMT-B certification, CPR, and experience on large construction sites. You will engage in health fairs, safety meetings, and ongoing site health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in 911 emergency medical response.
• Proficiency in navigating active job sites and carrying equipment up to 35 lbs.
• CPR and emergency response skills within scope of position.
• Ability to communicate with external medical providers and safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, first aid, and referrals to outside medical providers as indicated.
• Remain calm in emergencies, assess situations, make sound decisions, and respond swiftly.
• Maintain medical records and site medical records database.
• Manage on-site inventory, restock supplies, and clean equipment.
• Communicate with outside medical providers regarding injuries and healing progression.
• Provide daily activity logs to safety and management teams.
• Perform site walks to engage with workers and managers.
• Coordinate on-site health fairs (annual, semi-annual, quarterly).
• Participate in medical and safety meetings with construction workers.
