Job summary

Hamilton Health Box is hiring an On-Site Clinician Assistant (OSC) to manage daily clinical and administrative operations at our location. You will interact with employees for scheduling and follow-up, deliver protocol-driven care, and support preventative screening and health education.

Reporting to the Pod Manager, the OSC coordinates care with referrals, maintains medical records in EMR systems, and participates in health fairs and training.

Qualifications

• Licensed EMT or Paramedic with current certification.
• BLS certification required prior to onboarding.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to ensure employees receive appropriate care and programs.
• Formulate programs based on health risk assessments and implement interventions.
• Assist with annual physicals, screenings, testing, and results reporting.
• Schedule follow-ups, return-to-work exams, and consultations.
• Coordinate referrals and document progress in employee medical records.
• Participate in health fairs, trainings, and regulatory requirement sessions.
• Collect data and provide counseling/coaching; interpret screening results.
• Maintain EMR records and support care navigation; travel to clinics if needed.
