Job summary

Hamilton Health Box, Inc. seeks an On-Site Clinical Assistant to manage daily clinical and administrative operations at the Marfa clinic. You will interact with patients for scheduling and follow-up, deliver protocol-driven care, and support care coordination across pharmacy and referrals.

The ideal candidate is trained as an EMT or Paramedic with BLS, communicates well, and works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Travel between clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed EMT or Paramedic with active certification.
• BLS certification required for patient care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Run daily clinical and administrative tasks at the Marfa clinic.
• Assist with scheduling, screenings, and patient follow-up.
• Coordinate care with Providers, pharmacy, and referral networks.
