Job summary

JobSiteCare Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Per Diem Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site Medic) to support safety and wellbeing of jobsite workers through injury prevention, on-site medical support, and coordination with clinical teams. Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent.
• BLS, CPR, First Aid required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3-4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Must travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction.
• Support case management through follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers for optimal care and communication.
• Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, using a peer support model for site personnel.
• Lead injury prevention initiatives, including stretch and flex and ergonomic coaching.
• Document patient interactions in the EHR system.
• Keep on-site medical facility clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Collaborate with safety teams, supporting orientations and trainings.
